Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.25 per hour
• 3rd Shift: $21.50 per hour

• Temp-to-Hire
• Full-Time Opportunities

Available Shifts

1st Shift

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Overtime as needed

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Overtime as needed

3rd Shift

Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime as needed

What You'll Be Doing

As a Medical Assembler, you will help manufacture high-quality medical devices in a clean, professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Medical device assembly
• Clean room assembly operations
• Working with small parts and components
• Scanning and tracking materials
• Labeling products and packaging
• Performing inspections and repairs
• Following detailed work instructions
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting inventory control processes
• Completing additional production tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform hands-on assembly tasks with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Troubleshoot basic production issues
• Meet quality and production standards
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Accurately document production activities and inventory
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check
